“Limpy was rescued from the Ballarat saleyards by my friend in the summer of 2013. He was marked to be shot because of his injured hip and leg. He watched his equally disabled pen mate be shot before my friend stepped in and asked if she could take Limpy home. That was the start of Limpy’s freedom.
